The Chris King NoThreadSet 1 1/8 Inch headset is the epitome of high-quality, long-lasting durability. Made in the USA, this well-crafted piece is beloved by top athletes and cycling enthusiasts around the world for its ability to consistently perform at peak levels, even over prolonged periods of time.

The use of this headset by winners of Grand Tours, world champions, and record-setting endurance athletes speaks volumes about its capabilities. Not only is it designed to aid maximum performance, it also displays an exceptional longevity, often outlasting the bike frame it is attached to. This speaks to the outstanding engineering behind the product, which has been continually developed and improved upon over many years.

In line with Chris King's commitment to quality production and environmental sustainability, the NoThreadSet headset is carefully crafted for optimal functioning. Changes in cycling trends and style may come and go, but the enduring reliability of this headset never wavers.

Every NoThreadSet is constructed in-house at the Chris King headquarters in Portland, Oregon, guaranteeing a product of top-tier quality. The product comes with a 10-year warranty and is fully serviceable, assuring customers of a wise and secure investment.

The NoThreadSet employs state-of-the-art steel bearings and heat-treated, surgical-grade steel races. This integrated system not only performs flawlessly but also becomes smoother with each use, so it wears in instead of wearing out. Full in-house production control allows Chris King to create bearings that meet the highest specifications.

A unique feature of the NoThreadSet is the innovative GripLock retention system. This system mitigates stress on the bike's steerer tube, thereby reducing wear and tear, particularly on carbon and non-standard material constructions. This speaks to the headset's ability to protect the overall integrity of the bike frame. The GripLock system also ensures that the headset maintains its adjustment after significant and repeated use, reducing the likelihood of future issues.

In conclusion, the NoThreadSet is unrivalled in terms of durability, quality, and smooth functioning. It is a product that is often imitated but never matched by competitors.
